VERSATILE TRAINING TOOL

The versatility of our Sand Ruck Plate is endless. Not only is it the ideal plate to travel with, but you have the ability to scale the weight any way you want.

Fill with sand to the suggested max and use it as your starting ruck weight, or try filling with lead shot to make it even heavier. We did it and were able to up the Sand Ruck Plate to weigh 36LBS+. Make it your own.

COMPATIBLE WITH A RUCK PLATE CARRIER AND RUCKER 4.0

We built the Sand Ruck Plates to mimic both sizes of our Ruck Plates. The 10LB Plate fits anywhere a Standard Ruck Plate would: use it in both pockets of a Rucker 4.0, and a Standard Ruck Plate Carrier.

The 15LB Plate is similar in size to our Long Ruck Plates: slide it in the Long Pocket of the Rucker 4.0, or use it with a Long Ruck Plate Carrier.

3 INTERIOR CHAMBERS

We added interior chambers to our Sand Ruck Plates to prevent bulges and distribute your load evenly. This keeps your gear from rounding out and keeps its shape so it can slide in and out of a plate pocket with ease.

CONSTRUCCIÓN SUPERIOR

We pass through every seam twice with our sewing machine and add bartack stitch reinforcement at the handles to make the Sand Ruck Plates incredibly durable.

VELCRO CLOSURE SYSTEM

We duplicated the velcro closure from our Sand Kettlebells and made it work for our Sand Ruck Plates. The throat acts as a funnel to easily take out or add sand to your equipment, while the velcro closure ensures that the sand stays in.
