We offer 2 different sizes of RPC: Standard and Long.

If you're a bigger dude with bigger traps, or plan to use your RPC for rucking with 30 or 45lbs, go with the Long. But if you're a rucker who is smaller, or want to use your RPC for PT and carry 30lbs or less, go with the Standard.

SP (below) is 5’1, wearing the RPC Long.

The Long Ruck Plate Carrier hits right on top of the top of his belt. If he wants to walk with weight aka rucking this will work perfectly fine. If he wants to get more aggressive with PT, the standard size would be better.

Madi (below) is 5’6”, wearing the RPC Standard (left) and RPC Long (right).

Madi uses the RPC for added weight during PT and for convenient rucking. She prefers to go with the RPC Standard, though either would work.

Justin (below) is 6’2”, wearing the RPC Standard (left) and RPC Long (right).

He likes to ruck heavy to prepare for his 100# beer miler, so he prefers the Ruck Plate Carrier Long with 45LBs. He also finds the placement of webbing on the long more comfortable with the size of his traps.
