PESO PLUMA

TOUGHMESH™ weighs only 100GSM (grams per square meter). That’s 30-40% less weight than normal performance fabrics. Cotton/poly tri-blend weighs in at 145 GSM and other performance shirts at 170-190 GSM — it’s a big difference.

NYLON PARA MAYOR RESISTENCIA

Para que la tela sea lo suficientemente resistente, usamos nailon (y luego le agregamos un poco de elasticidad). La versión de poliéster falló repetidamente en nuestras pruebas y nos costó un año adicional que nunca recuperaremos.

MAYOR FLUJO DE AIRE

LA CALIDAD TOMA TIEMPO

Cada rollo de tela lleva 6 horas para confeccionarse, utilizando agujas de calibre 44. Para la tela estándar se necesitan 45 minutos y se utilizan agujas de calibre 20.

COSTURAS DESDE LOS HOMBROS

Sabemos cómo construir bien las cosas; en este caso, lo que se nos escapó fue una tela de clase mundial. Las versiones anteriores eran duras, pero pesaban demasiado. Eran cómodos, pero no se secaban lo suficientemente rápido.
