WHAT SIZE AM I?

MACV Series runs true to size. If you're unsure of your size we recommend going a half size up since your feet will swell when rucking and you probably won't be wearing cheap thin socks (merino wool recommended).

UNISEX SIZING

The MACV Series heel lock, and contoured arch support make for a truly unisex boot. Sizing begins at M4/W6 to allow for a full range of women's size options. See the size conversion chart below to find your size.

SEMELLE INTERMÉDIAIRE LÉGÈRE EN EVA

A moins de 14oz (28 oz/paire pour 6"), MACV-1™ est plus légère que n'importe quelle chaussure de ce type, jamais. La relation entre la semelle intermédiaire en EVA et la semelle extérieure en caoutchouc joue un rôle important dans les performances de la chaussure - et le poids combiné est un facteur majeur dans la décision de porter ou non cette chaussure.

IDEAL RUCKING OFFSET

L'écart idéal entre le talon et la pointe pour rucking. Le décalage de 13 mm réduit la tension sur les achilles (et par procuration sur les chevilles, les genoux et les hanches) et permet d'adopter une démarche naturelle dans un monde non naturel d'asphalte et de surfaces artificielles.

FIÈREMENT NON ÉTANCHE

Si la pluie, la sueur, les ruisseaux pénètrent dans une botte imperméable, ils ne peuvent aller nulle part. Les trous d'évacuation blindés sont plus efficaces que les trous étanches. Ils empêchent le sable et les débris d'entrer et repoussent l'humidité à chaque pas. Elles expulsent l'eau grâce à une technologie à l'ancienne qui fonctionne parfaitement : à chaque pas, l'eau est expulsée par le côté de la botte.

LACETS RAPIDES DE 3 MM

Les lacets de vitesse sont de 3 mm au lieu des 5 mm habituels. Les débris et la boue ne s'accumulent pas sur les lacets de 3 mm comme sur ceux de 5 mm, les 3 mm se rincent et sèchent plus rapidement, et ils sont plus rapides à attacher parce qu'ils sont moins volumineux.
