MANTIENE LA SABBIA IN

Abbiamo preso la stessa chiusura in velcro a tripla chiusura dei nostri sacchetti di riempimento e l'abbiamo applicata alla chiusura della gola della palla medica. Poi abbiamo aggiunto un altro strato di velcro con lacci di paracord per legarlo saldamente. L'apertura è rifinita da una linguetta di chiusura che si chiude con un velcro per rendere la palla liscia e senza punti di attrito.

Senza cerniere, ovvero senza punti deboli

Lancia e lancia la tua palla medica di sabbia senza il timore di schiacciare le cerniere. Il velcro funziona sempre e resiste alle sollecitazioni dell'allenamento.

COSTRUZIONE SUPERIORE

Principalmente costruito in Cordura 1000 denari, è il materiale preferito per tutti i Rucks delle Forze Speciali perché è resistente ai rigori di ogni cosa, compresa la guerra. È un metodo collaudato. È il materiale di cui ci fidiamo per i nostri zaini, quindi anche per le nostre attrezzature per l'allenamento con la sabbia. Le nostre palle mediche sono inoltre costruite con una camera interna galleggiante (in pratica una fodera galleggiante) che consente un maggiore allungamento interno e impedisce alla sabbia di uscire.

PERCHÉ GLI ADDOMINALI FANNO MALE

Le flessioni sono conosciute come il gold standard per valutare la forza del core. In pratica, si pensa che più addominali si riescono a fare, più gli addominali saranno "duri". Ma avete mai pensato a come questo esercizio di vecchia scuola possa in realtà danneggiarvi a lungo termine?

Sfida dei 200 metri con la palla medica

Durante il prossimo allenamento, tra un giro e l'altro aggiungete una palla curva in più. Tutti devono prendere la palla medica più pesante che riescono a trasportare e non possono lasciarla cadere per 200 metri. Se lo fai cadere, devi fare 100 burpees (i tuoi amici possono anche contarli per te, se vuoi!). È così semplice, basta non farlo cadere. Prendete il vostro peso, portatelo per 200 metri e fateci sapere come ve la cavate.
