MANTIENE LA ARENA DENTRO

Tomamos el mismo cierre de velcro de bloqueo triple de nuestras Bolsas de Relleno y lo aplicamos al cierre de la garganta del balón medicinal. Luego añadimos otra capa de velcro con cordones de paracord para atarlo bien. La abertura se remata con una solapa de cierre que se cierra con velcro en la parte superior para que el balón quede liso y sin puntos de fricción.

Sin cremalleras ni puntos débiles

Golpea y lanza tu Sand Med Ball sin miedo a que se aplaste la cremallera. El velcro funciona siempre y aguanta la paliza que le das durante el entrenamiento.

Construido principalmente con Cordura de 1000 Denier, es el material preferido para todas las mochilas de las Fuerzas Especiales porque es resistente a los rigores de todo, incluida la guerra. POR QUÉ LOS ABDOMINALES SON MALOS PARA LA SALUD

Las abdominales son conocidas como el estándar de oro para evaluar la fuerza del core. Básicamente, la idea es que cuantas más abdominales puedas hacer, más "duros como rocas" estarán tus abdominales. Pero, ¿has pensado alguna vez que este ejercicio de la vieja escuela podría perjudicarte a largo plazo?

Acepta el reto de los 200 metros con balón medicinal

Durante su próximo entrenamiento, entre cada ronda añada una bola curva extra. Cada uno tiene que coger la Med Ball más pesada que pueda llevar, y no puede dejarla caer durante 200M. Si se te cae, tienes que hacer 100 burpees (¡tus amigos pueden incluso contarlo por ti si quieres!). Tan simple, sólo no lo dejes caer. Coge tu peso, llévalo 200M, y haznos saber cómo lo haces.
